Trouble connecting to server from mobile phone

Hi, I have installed Nokia Activ Server 2.1 in Windows 2000 system. I am able to access the server from the internal network, iam getting valid responses when sending requests from the emulators but when i try to access through a mobile phone i am getting the requests displayed in the Nokia Activ Console but the response 502 is returned. Please tell me what could be the problem and how to reslove it.

I would suggest to set log level to Debug(7), clear all logs, try to connect with phone, get an error, check logs.
