Hi chadeverts! Welcome to Nokia Discussion Boards!!

I would like to suggest the best place to download Nokia SDK's is Forum Nokia itself. Which SDK are you trying to download? Have you tried any downloading tools like Download accelerator?

If still you have a problem, Try downloading from an internet cafe with a high speed connection and copy the downloaded file to your machine.
