Can't Download Carbide

have problem downloading the Carbide from the link, it shows me that the country code is unrecognized!! ><~~~
why? could you remove the unnecessary country code check, it makes so many trouble to get the software?

Due to legal restrictions, Forum Nokia application download is restricted to some countries under global trade embargoes. Whether or not a download is accepted is decided by retrieving the home country information from the IP address used by the person doing a download. If your ISP does not have valid country information associated with it, then legally we are not allowed to proceed with the download. The best thing you can do is to contact your ISP and ask that they make sure that the proper information is available - not sure where it is checked form however..

In addition to what Mitts said, firewalls can cause this problem, the solution seems to be,( unless you are within a restricted country) to go to a different site and download it. Maybe have a friend download it, or go to an Internet Cafe or something.
