    Hi..

There are 2 applications from the examples folder, Calexample and httpexampleclient. After importing them in carbide.C++, i had bulit them and tried running. There was no change seen on the emulator.
And no registry file was created when i checked in the folder epoc32.
What could be the problem? I am using s60 and carbide.c++

    Thanks!

Are you using Carbide.c++ Express 1.0, or v1.1? Also, what SDK version are you using?

Note that those examples are console-based. There is no UI for that. That's why you won't see any icons in the main grid.

The solution is by running eshell.exe. It will run the emulator in console mode and you can type the following command to launch the example:

    c:\>httpexampleclient
