OTA Provisioning with Nokia Emulators

I'm trying to simulate OTA provisioning of MIDlets from my webserver to a Nokia emulator.

I've got the Nokia Developer's Suite installed but how do I supply the URL of the HTML page containing the MIDlet suites to the emulator? What's the best way to simulate OTA provisioning on a Nokia emulator?

You might want to have a look at the new 7210 emulator available on Forum Nokia. It's got all sorts of goodies in it, included OTA provisioning via WAP and HTTP.
