I could not find a list of devices that supports WAP 2.0(may be I missed!) but the WAP version is mentioned in the Device Specifications page of each device (Under the heading Browser

All S60 2nd Edition devices and later (S60 2.*, 3.*) are WAP 2.0 (i.e all S60 devices starting from the 6600 and later). In an inverted way, that means that 7650, 3600, 3620, 3650, 3660, N-Gage and N-Gage QD are *NOT* S60 based devices that have WAP 2.0, but WAP 1.

Probably the same can be said of an S40 version or another, I suspect (but do not know).
