Symbian OS SDK/Nokia Series 60 SDK Licensing cost and Symbian Partner

Hello,
Can any one help me out regarding the following queries:

1. whats the licensing cost for Symbian OS SDK as well as Nokia Series 60 SDK for commercial/proprietary solutions?

2. Is it required to be Symbian partner or Nokia Partner to undertake development for commercial/proprietary solutions?

3. Where to get Nokia S60 Target Hardware along with all support packages??

answers for ur questions
1.u can get the sdk licenced by sending the request mail to www.pro.nokia.com for Nokia sdk and for symbian os www.symbian.com

2.If it requries ur application to use all the programming of device mode then u need to be symbian patner or licencee of it.

3. well i don't know where to get the hardware from others will help u in this.
