Can any one help me out regarding the following queries:

1. whats the licensing cost for Symbian OS SDK as well as Nokia Series 60 SDK?

2. Is it required to be Symbian partner or Nokia Partner to undertake development?

3. Where to get Nokia S60 Target Hardware along with all support packages??

3) Now, are you asking where to buy Nokia phones? or something else?
(maybe it's too late for me, so I do not understand the question, but the applications you create using the Nokia SDKs can be executed on corresponding Nokia phones)
