Application backup Problem In s60 3rd Edition

I am facing a problem regarding the application backup in S60 3rd edition. I have written the "backup_registeration.xml" file compiled and installed the app. when I do backup then my app is also backed up ("I have seen in the log")

but the problem my does not restore itself when I restore the backup. I have signed the application with developer certificate created using ACS publisher id

any suggestion or solutions?

Doesn't work when using a Developer Certificate :-(
