    Anybody tell how to send flash & alert sms using at commands,
    can anybody give small example programme.

    Smart Messaging FAQ question 25 tells how to make flash messages.

    If you mean by alert messages the message waiting indication
    messages about fax, email or Voicemail. Those are specified in GSM
    spec 03.38 SMS Data Coding Scheme.
