S60启动管理器每次启动时都要读取第三方启动列表。可以使用Startup List Management API将信任的SISX程序添加到启动列表中。只有SW Installer才有能力从列表中添加或删除第三方启动程序。这意味着第三方那个程序无法从启动列表中增加或删除项目，以便阻止或允许其他列表中的程序启动情况。
