When trying to stream images from camera to an URL using CVideoRecorderUtility, the operation fails on S60 3rd Edition.

Description
CVideoRecorderUtility does not support streaming of images using HTTP stream (OpenUrlL() parameter), even though the method is documented in the SDK documentation.
