Description
After opening an unnamed pipe (with pipe() from unistd.h) and attempting to write data to the pipe, the application crashes with KERN-EXEC 44 panic when running on the emulator.
This problem cannot be reproduced on device builds.
Solution
This has been fixed in the latest Open C release available on the Nokia Developer website.
