Cannot set VPN access point for MIDlet using S60 Application manager (Known Issue)
VPN cannot be set as an access point for a MIDlet via Application manager on some S60 3rd Edition, Feature Pack 2 and 5th Edition devices.
Steps to reproduce
- Install a VPN client and set up VPN settings.
- Install a MIDlet.
- Open the MIDlet's access point settings from Application manager. The access point list does not contain VPN access points.
This issue will be fixed in the firmware releases for the affected Eseries devices. No solution exists for other affected devices.
