Capabilities (Symbian Signed)/NetworkServices Capability

The NetworkServices capability is required to use any sort of network protocol. This includes making phone calls, sending email, sending MMS/SMS and using any IP based protocol (SIP, HTTP, FTP etc.).

This capability can be used with self-signed applications.

Why? There could be a cost involved for the user of the phone when using any of these APIs.
