After you create a theme in the Carbide.ui , you can directly package and transfer the theme to your device. If you want to try your theme on various devices, you can install and inspect the theme on the real devices using Remote Device Access (RDA) free to use service for all Nokia Developer registered users.
Basically, Nokia has somewhere in its facilities a set of different devices that you can connect to and control remotely. At anytime you can view what is on the device's screen and interact with the device, and even install sis packages (that enables you to install there your themes).
