Nokia has two main device software platforms: Windows Phone for high-end mobile devices and Series 40 for lower cost mass market devices. In addition Nokia continues to support Symbian and MeeGo Harmattan which were Nokia's main smartphone platforms prior to the introduction of the Lumia range on Windows Phone.
