The Metrowerks CodeWarrior IDE is no longer part of the Symbian C++ development toolchain.
Qt Creator is now the recommended IDE for Symbian application development (in Qt) and is delivered with the Qt SDK. Symbian C++ developers should use Carbide.c++.
