Em telefones Nokia você pode obtê-lo usando

String filePath =  System.getProperty("fileconn.dir.photos");

Normalmente será igual a: "file:///c:/Myfiles/Images/”.

Do mesmo modo para vídeos:

String filePath =  System.getProperty("fileconn.dir.videos");
