Introduction

Apache Cordova (earlier known as PhoneGap) APIs can be used to build a native mobile applications using HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Cordova provides number of JavaScript libraries that can be invoked, with device-specific native code for the respective JavaScript libraries. This combined with a UI framework such as jQuery or Sencha Touch creates a great WP8 application.
