陈述性声明是什么？
如果你正在使用的是一些受限capabilities，你只需完成一个陈述性声明。因而你仅被要求完成该声明，即你的应用是否要求DiskAdmin, NetworkControl, CommDD 或MultimediaDD capabilities。

在陈述性声明中，你被要求解释为何你的应用需要用到相应的capability，并附你正在使用的API的详细信息。你只需作简短解释：每个输入框中写一句话就足够了。
