To create background animation:

1. Right-click Background element and select Edit/Animate. System opens special animation editor.
2. In "Layers" view select Add layer button. System creates new layer.
3. Paste a image on the new layer.
4. Select checkbox Channel blending to add channel blending effect.
5. Click on the Animated tab in the Properties view, select checkbox Animate and select button next to the checkbox. System opens the Animation settings dialog.
6. When you are satisfied with the settings, click OK.
7. Select Play icon to see the preview for the animation.
8. Save the animation.
