Below you can see the menu path to find the root certificates on your phone available for MIDlet signing.

The root certificate list can be found at:

  • Application Menu » Tools » Settings » (General) » Security » Certif. management » Authority

(since 3rd Edition, CA-certificates for code-signing begin with ‘MIDP’)

How to see what the selected certificate can be used for?

  • Options » Trust settings » App. installation » Yes

Series 40 phones starting from 3rd Edition

The root certificate list can be found at:

  • Menu » Settings » Security » Authority certificates » Certificate list
