There are some 3rd party test services available, which will check how well your Web/WAP site works with mobile devices.
ready.mobi makes quite comprehensive tests for your site and rates your site with a scale from 0 to 5 (0 being the worst and 5 the best). The tool provides also additional information for your site and shows how your site looks on a couple of emulators (currently Sony Ericsson k750 and Nokia N70).
Bango mobile site tester gives much shorter evaluation of your site, again with a scale from 0 to 5 (0 being the worst and 5 the best). There is no explanation what the ratings is based on.
