MultimediaDD (Device Driver) capability provides access to critical multimedia functions such as direct access to associated device drivers and priority access to multimedia APIs. This includes sound, camera, video
Certified Signing is needed for this Capability.
It is currently needed mainly with the Audio Proxy Server package to allow full duplex audio. Few other requests for this capability will get granted. Here are some example Application Categories that may need to use this capability: VoIP, Device Management and Device Blocking (see Sensitive Applications for others)
