The link to download the utility no longer exists. How am I to go about configuring a Nokia 701 for VPN access?

Hamishwillee - According to the user guide ...

User guide suggests:

> Settings and Connectivity > Settings > VPN 

As you say, the tool doesn't appear to be available. I've sent a request to Nokia care.

Nokia Configuration Tool is a PC based utility for configuring Nokia phones using PC interface over a USB/Bluetooth connection, various settings can be configured using this utility viz. WLAN (access points, destinations), mobile VPN, VoIP, SIP, SCCP, MMS, Mail for Exchange (MfE), F-Secure, VCC, NCC, contacts, files, certificates and more.
