Preventing automatic image scaling when using 3GPP SMIL

Description

When 3GGP SMIL is used, it is possible that the device will make automatic scaling, if the root region dimensions are smaller than the physical display size.

Solution

The automatic scaling can be prevented by setting the root region height and width dimensions to 100%.
