Capabilities (Symbian Signed)/ReadDeviceData Capability

ReadDeviceData is a Symbian capability which grants read access for confidential information about the current network (such as Cell IDs) and device settings (installed applications).
This capability can be used with developer certificates and Symbian Signed tested applications, and by using open signed online for testing.
