Description

On phones with the new version of the browser attempting to use CBrCtlInterface::PageInfoLC(TBrCtlDefs::EPageInfoSavedPage) or CBrCtlInterface::SaveToFileL() to save the content of a page will do nothing, except for returning NULL/0.

However, these functions are still documented in the 5th Edition Developer Library.

Solution

No known solution.

The feature of saving pages to a local file seems to be no longer supported in the new browser. Only TBrCtlDefs::EPageInfoContent is still available to retrieve the textual content of a page, without any of the associated HTML markup.
