Capabilities (Symbian Signed)/TrustedUI Capability

TrustedUI is a Symbian capability which grants the right to create a Trusted UI session, and, therefore, to display dialogs in a secure UI environment.
This capability can be used with developer certificates and Symbian Signed tested applications, and by using open signed online for testing.
