Description

There is no automatic mechanism to unload a resource loaded by the Help application at run time. The uninstallation of the 3rd-party application fails if their Help file is open.

How to reproduce

Open the Help application and open an application help file. Then uninstall that application without closing the Help application.

Solution

The user must exit the Help application before uninstalling the application that has resources loaded into Help.
