Use WAP Push to deliver the rights object when OMA DRM v1.0 separate delivery is used (Known Issue)

Description

When content has been delivered using OMA DRM v1.0 separate delivery, the only way to send the rights object is through a WAP Push message.
E-mail, browser, and MMS are not suitable ways to deliver the rights object to the device.
