Extend PIPS article with download link

I guess this is the way to get in contact with people via the forum: to write the contributors personal wiki page. If not, I apologise.

I can see that you have contributed with most of the information on the wiki page about PIPS, P.I.P.S.

However the article does not have a link to download pips. Neither has the wikipedia article. And searching for "download pips" and similar on both google and forum.nokia.com has not helped me.

I would appreciate if you could add a download link to the article, or in worst case, give an explanation on why it is not available.
