A função QWidget::showFullScreen() é utilizada para exibir widgets em tela cheia. Ao chamar esta função no widget que representa a janela de sua aplicação esta será exibida em tela cheia.

Nota: Este método funciona apenas em widgets que são janela. Ou seja, widgets que não são filhos de outros widgets (top-level widget).
