Archived:CTelephony::DialNewCall() API gives connection error in dual mode (Known Issue)

I have an application developed in S60 3rd Edition (Symbian OS 9.1). This application uses CTelephony's DialNewCall API to hang up user dialed Number and then Dial a New Number using DialNewCall.

The application is working fine in GSM mode but when it is in Dual Mode giving connection error and call is terminated.

Please provide me any reason or solution for this.
