Description
In S60 3rd Edition the integrated browser is labeled Services or WAP
This browser receives all platform communications. For example, if you select a URL link in an e-mail, the Services browser is launched. Also when you use platformRequest() method in your MIDlet to launch the browser on the phone, the WAP browser is launched. This is also where the OTA data will go to. There is no workaround for this feature, that is, it is not possible to configure the default browser.
The new Nokia Web Browser, labeled WEB, is the default browser in S60 3rd Edition, Feature Pack 1.
