Archived:Context-sensitive help not available for applications having a UID from the unprotected range (Known Issue)
When an application provides context-sensitive help using the system Help application, the Help application starts but gives the error message "No help topics available". This happens when the application UID3 is in the unprotected range.

How to reproduce
Apply for a protected UID from Symbian and use it as the application UID3.
