Qt SDK v1.2 is released (01 Feb 2012): The Qt SDK delivers a complete toolset that supports the creation of apps for the Nokia N9 and Symbian Anna and Belle phones. The Qt SDK 1.2 delivers Qt Creator 2.4.1 and enhanced tools for Symbian and Nokia N9 apps. For developers of desktop applications, Qt 4.8 is included.

- MeeGo is an open source Linux-based embedded platform managed by the Linux Foundation which combines Intel's Moblin and Nokia's Maemo. Nokia has created one commercial device (Nokia N9) based on MeeGo Harmattan.
