User Experience Evaluation
Our evaluation is performed by a partner user experience specialist, who uses mobile usability heuristics and the User Experience Checklist (Touch or Keypad version) to analyze your site or application.
The specialist uses these baselines to walk through your site or application and seeks possible improvements to your offering. After spending a day concentrating on your service, the specialist creates for you a report that contains a list of possible user experience issues related to your service and proposed solutions.

After you have registered and obtained your Developer Account you will be able to log in, purchase an evaluation, and send us your application. Depending on which evaluation you purchase, the price can vary from 500 USD to 890 EUR. After the expert has evaluated your application, we will send the report back to you via the service portal.
End user feedback
