Windows Phones. As a member of the Nokia Premium Developer Program, you will get two free tickets for technical support service,
a $198 (USD) value.
You can use your tickets to request technical support related to:
- Use of Nokia-specific APIs (i.e., App2app APIs)
- Nokia HW specific issues (camera and imaging, video codecs, NFC, PureHD+, Bluetooth, overall SW performance on Lumia devices, memory limitation issues)
- HTML5 on Nokia Lumia devices
- Issues encountered when porting WP7.x apps to WP8.
We can also help you locate information that will make your development more efficient, avoid common pitfalls, and speed up your development phase.
The two free-of-charge tickets included in your Nokia Premium Developer Program membership are valid only during the first year of your membership period and expire if they go unused. If you renew your membership for another year you will receive 2 new tickets that may be used during the renewed membership period.
Members may also purchase extra tickets at $99 (USD) per ticket, which may be used any time within one year of the purchase date.
