Denis Pichan is an Electrical Engineering graduate from Kyambogo University, passionate about mobile technology. Because of the 3 months Nokia Java Training that he did in 2011 at the College of Computing and Information Science, Makerere University, he is moving places. On April 1, 2012, Pichan Denis was selected for the very first time as a Nokia Developer Champion making him the first from the East Africa region. He has been reselected for the second year 2013/2014. His current interest is in mobile wireless communication, mobile phone programming, training people on how to download mobile apps from Nokia store, engaging in Social media, blogging about mobile technologies etc.
