I am an electrical engineer, with fading knowledge about wires, but having some experience in software development instead.
Starting with 2011 I have joined UiO (Norway) as a software engineer at NeSys, I am creating 2D/3D tools for medical image processing. We are digging into the brain of rats.
My enthusiasm about mobile software comes from my past. Before I came to Oslo, I was working for ETH Zürich (Switzerland), implementing the S60 and Android versions of PodNet, a P2P content disseminating application operating on ad-hoc networks. And my initial and longest assignment was an assistant lecturer position at BME (Hungary), where I was teaching software development for mobile devices for 8 years, and participated in numerous R&D activities in cooperation with Nokia Research Center, and later Nokia-Siemens Networks, as a member of AMORG.
