Nokia recently added device-management features to the Nokia Intellisync Mobile Suite, which lets businesses connect any corporate data to any device, over nearly any network. The new features are: remote control for easy troubleshooting of mobile devices over-the-air; the ability to control hardware elements, such as disabling the use of camera or WLAN on a mobile device; and enhanced theft-loss protection. Together these new features will let IT managers enhance and scale customer support while reducing support costs.
