Series 40 On-Device Debugger User Guide v0.2

A user guide for the Series 40 On-Device Debugger 0.2 beta release. This guide describes how to install the debugger software on a computer and Series 40 device, setup an IDE, connect the Series 40 device and IDE, and start a debug session. The procedure for collecting trace Streams is described also. This beta release of the guide uses Eclipse Pulsar to explain the processes, but should be usable by developers using NetBeans.
