The Series 40 Web App Developer’s Library describes the Series 40 web apps development environment for Series 40 phones that run the Nokia Browser for Series 40, the tools for developing Series 40 web apps, and the design considerations for Series 40 web apps. The new library combines the content that was previously delivered as separate PDF files. In addition to combining the previous content into a single references and being updated throughout for Series 40 web apps 2.0 and Nokia Web Tools 2.0, additional information has been added on key APIs, including the Mobile Web Library timer method and the W3C widget objects preferences attribute. In addition, the library incorporates the Series 40 Web Apps UI Graphics Toolkit. The standalone package includes an Eclipse-based viewer that provides you with a search function. Extract the zip file to any folder on your computer, and click eclipse.exe to access the library.
