The IDCEE conference serves as a key platform for the development of internet entrepreneurship in Central and Eastern Europe, with a focus on the Commonwealth of Independent States. At IDCEE 2012, internet entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, and angel investors will meet to explore trends in internet technologies; to hear insightful keynotes and panel discussions; and to share their experiences, exchange ideas, and network. The event will feature workshops by Nokia and other leading global IT companies. Nokia’s workshop, to be held on the first day of the conference, will cover Nokia Maps in HTML5 and will be led by Andy Tjin, senior product manager for the Mobile HTML5 team in Nokia’s Location & Commerce business unit. IDCEE 2012 also will provide a unique opportunity for 150 preselected internet startups from the region to pitch their ventures to representatives of VC funds and angel investors.
