It also supports S60 3rd Edition Feature Pack 2, S60 5th Edition, and Web Browser 7.2. This WDL version includes information on major new HTML 5 features of Web Browser 8.5: support for geolocation, browser-based multimedia, offline data storage, editable content, multi-point touch input, threaded JavaScript workers and access to the N9's orientation and motion sensors. It provides information on three-dimensional CSS transforms and other advanced animation techniques, and introduces cross-browser-compatible web applications deployed via HTML 5's application cache.
